How quickly can we start?
Once you book, the Reality Check begins the day we get read-only access to your billing and usage — ten working days to the verdict. If a Recovery Sprint follows, that starts within 30 days of the audit at the fixed scope agreed in the report.
Do I own the IP?
Yes. Everything built or fixed during a Recovery Sprint — code, prompts, configuration, documentation — is yours outright. We don't retain licence rights or lock you into our tooling.
Can we scale the team up or down?
The Reality Check itself is fixed-scope: one audit, ten working days. A Recovery Sprint is scoped to the single use case that pays first, and you can commission further sprints — or stop — after each one delivers. No ongoing retainer required.
How do you handle data security?
The audit runs on read-only access to billing and usage data — we don't need write access to your systems, and any credentials shared are used only for the audit and not retained afterward. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Can you take over a project that's already failing?
Yes — that's exactly what a "Fix" verdict is for. If your existing AI initiative isn't paying its way, the audit says why, and the Recovery Sprint takes the highest-value fix to a working, measured deployment, whether we built the original attempt or not.
What do I get for $2,500?
Every AI tool, licence and pilot you run audited; a Keep, Fix or Kill verdict on each; the waste priced in dollars; a ranked recovery plan; and 100% of the fee credited against a Recovery Sprint booked within 30 days.
What happens if the verdict is kill?
We say so plainly, and tell you what to stop paying for. A kill verdict means we don't sell you a Recovery Sprint — it costs us that revenue, but we'd rather it cost us the sprint than cost you the trust.

If the audit says AI can't currently pay for itself in your business, the report will say exactly that — and tell you what to stop spending. A kill verdict costs us the sprint. We'd rather it cost us the sprint than cost you the trust.
