- • Changes requested align with agreed project scope
- • Feedback provided within 48 hours of deliverables
Service Protection
- • Scope changes may affect delivery timeline
- • Additional sessions beyond the agreed allocation charged separately
- • Sessions are non-transferable
- • Deliverable ownership transfers upon final payment
